You are cordially invited to the Arizona Cotton Industry Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held at a new venue this year — the Sedona Hilton Resort at Bellrock in Sedona, Arizona. The dates are Wednesday, June 11, 2025 & Thursday, June 12, 2025. Register by May 9th to qualify for the early bird raffle! The Annual Golf Tournament benefiting our scholarship fund will begin Wednesday at 11:30am, with registration for the Conference beginning at 3:00pm. for those who have not pre-registered. A hosted reception and outdoor barbeque will be held on Wednesday evening. Our Thursday meeting will begin at 8:00am. with continental breakfast available prior to speakers at 7:30am. Thursday evening, we will have a hosted cocktail hour followed by dinner.
